The following terms of service (these “Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of the Telnto website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.telnto.com.  Telnto.com collectively referred hereto as “Telnto” “we” or “us” and “you” or “user” means you as an user of the Site.

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start using the Site. By accessing the Platform, opening an account or clicking to approve or consent to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or some other person (if applicable), to be bound by these Terms of Service, which is incorporated herein by reference.

www.telnto.com offered and open to users 13 years of age or older. You can not use this Platform if you are under 13 years of age.

Important terms

• Registration in telnto.com is free. Only registered users may use the service offered by telnto, like, buy or sell in telnto. In the registration process, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You must not create an account with false information for fraudulent, misleading or any other purposes. You are responsible for any activities in your account. You are solely responsible for the security of your account password.
• Jobs in telnto.com is offered at the price decided by the seller.
• Buyer pays in advanced to buy any service offered by any seller in telnto.
• Buyer will be charged by only the price of the job, he/she willing to buy. As of now, there is no extra charge other than job price decided by the seller to buy any service in telnto.   
• Seller must complete the order as per the instruction provided by the seller before placing the order. Order cancellation on a regular basis or without any cause can result in affecting sellers reputation and further leads to suspension of the account. 
• Seller will be charged by 10% of the total order price to work on telnto.
• Seller will be awarded the status of account based on their performance. According to their levels, they will be able to gain some extra features which will be beneficial in selling their services in telnto. Benefits according to levels are listed here.

• Users are advised not to purchase, deal or communicate to seller through any medium other than telnto.com. We are not responsible for any purchase, deal or communication carried out between any user even they are registered and came to contact through telnto.com. 
• After purchasing any job through telnto.com, Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work. We never use the photos, videos, documents or any work purchased by you through telnto platform without your permission. 
• Telnto retains all the rights to use the photos or videos post by the sellers for marketing and promotional purposes.
• We consider the top buyer and top seller as our main stakeholder. To motivate, respect and encourage them, we introduced a dividend program. Details of a dividend program can be found on this page. Dividend program is solely designed for the benifit of users. we retain all the rights to cancel, modify or re-structure dividend program without any notice to our user.

Sellers – Role, Benefits and Responsibility

• Sellers can create a job on telnto.com as per their expertise to allow the buyer to purchase their services.
• Sellers can create multiple jobs. In this case to ensure the quality of jobs offered by seller, telnto retain all the rights to edit, modify or delete the jobs in following condition.
  • Illegal or Fraudulent jobs
  • Copyright Infringement, trademark infringement, and violation of a third party’s terms of service
  • Adult oriented services, pornographic, inappropriate/Obscene
  • Copies of other’s job
  • Spam, violent or jobs which does not make any sense
  • Misleading jobs
  • Jobs which offeres preparing academic documents like, manuals, reports, papers or thesis on behalf of buyer
  • Very low quality jobs
  • Jobs containing websites promoting content
• Sellers are responsible to deliver the work as per discussion carried out with the buyer before placing an order. In case of any dispute, you can contact telnto team to find out the solution beneficial to both.
• Sellers are able to upload images and videos to build their portfolio. Delivered work should match the quality of sellers portfolio. Telnto retain all the rights to permantly delete the jobs for which seller is not able to match the quality work as per his/her portfolio.
• Each job you complete for the buyer credits your account with revenue equal to 90% of the purchase amount. (Seller fee 10% on telnto.com)
• Sellers account credited only after successful completion of an order.
• Sellers can withdraw the fund through PayPal. Sellers are responsible to pay the charges of PayPal.
• Sellers are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT, or income tax, which may apply to them depending on residency, location or otherwise, under provisions of their jurisdiction.
• Seller rating is calculated based on their performance. (Table.A)
• In the case of security reason, fraudulent activities, improper behaviour with the buyer, we can suspend your account and temporarily disable sellers ability to withdraw his revenue. 

Levels

• Telnto provide oppertunity to sellers for proving his capability and uniqueness by performance based leveling system.
• Sellers are awarded with the levels as per their performance on telnto. (TABLE-A)
• Telnto retains all the right to downgrade the level for violation of terms of service.

Extra Services

• Extra services are an additional services offered by the sellers for an additional price.
• Number of Extra Services available to sellers depends upon the level of seller. (TABLE-A)
• Extra services can be removed by us for any above stated violation.

Orders

• Order will be created after successful payment from buyer side.
• Every order will be given a unique telnto order ID.
• Sellers will be able to deliver their completed work in the mutually (Buyer-Seller) agreed time span. Seller can deliver work before deadline but buyer is not able to request for completion of work before the deadline. 
• Buyer can cancel the order if seller fails to deliver the work in mutually agreed time span or can provide extra time to the seller for the completion of work.
• Order will only get completed after buyer’s verification of delivered work. Buyer can request revision if he/she not satisfied with work. Seller is responsible to provide modification of the work as per buyers need. Seller can contact telnto team for any dispute. 
• Seller can uplod the completed work on order page.
• There are different 4 stages for any order.
  • Active: Order is placed and seller can start work on it
  • Pending Confirmation: Order is placed but seller need to confirm/accept the order
  • Pending Jobs: Order is placed but pending for payment (You should not start the work on the order, you should start the work once the order status changes from Pending Jobs to Active) 
  • Delivered: Order delivered by you but not accepted/verified by buyer yet
  • Completed: Order accepted/verified by buyer 
  • Cancelled: Order cancelled by buyer, you or us
• Buyer can rate the seller and write a review for the work he/she has delivered.
• Telnto retain all the rights to remove the review written by the buyers if it found misleading, promotional or improper.
• Users are responsible to check the file related to delivered work for virus and malware. Telnto is not responsible for any harm caused to user by the site usage, site content or file related to delivered work.

Extra Video

• Extra videos are an additional videos which can be uploaded by seller to promote his/her services.
• Number of Extra Video available to sellers depends upon the level of seller.(TABLE-A)
• Extra videos can be removed by us for any above stated violation.

Buyers – Role, Benefits and Responsibility

• Buyers can purchase the job offered on telnto by sellers.
• Buyer will be charged by only the price of the job, he/she willing to buy. As of now, there is no extra charge other than job price decided by the sellers to buy any service in telnto. 
• Buyers are advice not to make payment, deal or communicate on any platform other than telnto.
• Buyer pays in advanced to buy any service offered by any seller in telnto. 
• We never use the photos, videos, documents or any work purchased by you through telnto platform without your permission.

Orders

• Order will be created after successful payment.
• Every order will be given a unique telnto order ID.
• Buyers will be able to get their completed work in the mutually (Buyer-Seller) agreed time span. Seller can deliver work before deadline but buyer is not able to request for completion of work before the deadline.
• Order will only get completed after buyer’s verification of delivered work. Buyer can request revision if he/she not satisfied with work. Buyer can contact telnto team for any dispute.

  • Completed: Order is delivered and accepted by buyer
  • Pending Payment: Order for which buyer does not made payment
  • Cancelled: Order cancelled by buyer/seller or us
• Buyer can rate the seller and write a review for the work he/she has delivered.
• Telnto retain all the rights to remove the review written by the buyers if it found misleading, promotional or improper.
• Users are responsible to check the file related to delivered work for virus and malware. Telnto is not responsible for any harm caused to user by the site usage, site content or file related to delivered work.

Custom Request

• Buyer can post a custom request based on their requirement and budget.
• Sellers can replay to the custom request by proving custom offer.
• Before accepting the custom offer from the seller, the buyer can discuss his/her requirement using the inbuilt messaging service of telnto.
